DELIVERY TIMES

These shoes are available to ship immediately. Usually, within 1 - 3 business days of order confirmation. Merchandise will be mailed via USPS.

  • For orders within the continental United States:

    • USPS Parcel Select Ground, please wait 2-8 business days.

    • USPS priority mail, please wait 1 - 3 business days.

    • USPS Overnight will ship the next day to 2 days.

  • For international orders, please wait for an estimated 6 - 10 business days. Please be aware that delivery times might vary depending on the country of destination, local carriers, and customs inspection process.

All shoes in stock are shipped from our showroom in New York City.

  • For orders within the continental United States,  we offer free standard shipping. For Faster service, USPS will automatically calculate the price according to the customer’s destination address.

    Important! We offer free shipping with purchase. Kindly know that in the case of a return, we will issue a refund minus the initial shipping costs of $15.00. Additionally, the buyer is responsible for any costs incurred for returning the item.

  • For international orders, we use Priority Mail International, a Flat Rate of $30. Add $10 for additional items.

CUSTOM-MADE AND made-to-ORDER

PROCESSING TIME

  • Custom and made-to-order items take 20 business days to make plus shipping time.

  • If you wish to have your shoes faster, we offer 10 business days EXPRESS SERVICE for a $35 supplement fee.

    Expect to wait 5 to 8 weeks in total to have a masterpiece at your feet.

DELIVERY TIMES

  • For orders within the continental United States, please wait 5-10 business days. Delivery times might vary if picking up the shoes in person.

  • For International orders, please wait 2 to 5 business days for delivery. Delivery times might vary depending on the country of destination, local carriers, and customs inspection process.

DUTIES OR TAXES

All international orders may be subject to import duties and your local authority taxes once your shoes reach your country. Any additional duty or customs charges applicable in the destination country are payable by the recipient. Unfortunately,  we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. Your shoes may also be subject to checking by Customs, which may delay the delivery of your order. In any case, thank you so much for your patience.
